The starting point was a series of close working sessions with the CEO and CRO, alongside ongoing conversations with investors to align expectations around product positioning and business goals. Building on the team’s initial success with the BestGuide solution, the next step was to expand into the US legal market.

The initial MVP was planned on WordPress. But the platform’s rigidity would limit high-end visual customization and constrain the complex database logic the product required.
The real issue wasn’t the tool itself, but the technical debt it would introduce, putting the 2025 launch at risk. Even with the design fully defined, the development effort needed to implement core features would significantly slow the team and compromise scalability.
Instead of spending months on static prototyping and tedious handovers, I leveraged Lovable to translate design concepts directly into a functional product. This approach allowed design and implementation to evolve in parallel, with native integrations enabling real data, realistic interactions, and faster validation.

I refined the design system through screen-level prompt direction and reference CSS, elevating typography and layout clarity to establish immediate trust with attorneys and high-value leads.
