Managers needed a macro view of all orders, while sales representatives required quick and detailed access to specific information. The large volume of data — including configuration, manufacturing, and production dates — made the interface cluttered, increasing the risk of human error and slowing down processes.


To create an automated data submission system using spreadsheets, enabling order grouping and bringing more efficiency and clarity to the end-to-end workflow.
By enabling data uploads through spreadsheets, manual steps were minimized — reducing human error — while the order grouping feature improved clarity for both sellers and managers.
