Development of a centralized platform to unify candidate access to open positions and the internal management of Samsung’s talent acquisition process. The goal was to provide clarity, transparency, and efficiency for both candidates and recruiters within a single web-based solution.

Lack of Clarity in involved roles and Recruitment Stages
Bridging Client Expectations and User Realities
The recruitment team included diverse profiles — managers, team leads, HR staff, and technical peers — who needed to collaborate without overlapping responsibilities. The absence of a clear flow made management confusing, reduced collaboration, and hindered visibility into each position’s stage in the hiring process.

After conducting interviews with all involved roles, we designed a role-based workflow, assigning HR as the Host of the application — responsible for advancing candidates through stages. Other users were automatically notified via alerts whenever their participation was required.

Engaging with different roles brought clarity to responsibilities, transparency to progress tracking, and flexibility to adapt to various hiring models. The result was a unified platform that streamlined the entire application and recruitment process, making it simple, fluid, and collaborative.
